Spring Surprises

Texas Spring is here, y’all! Some may dispute my claim of Spring but I’m sticking to it. Our last frost date was Saturday and flowers are springing into action all around the yard. Last week’s anemone harvest consisted of a solid 2 stems per day. Today, however, I was able to harvest 9 anemone stems and that was being conservative. I’d say that number launches us into Spring.  Can’t wait to share all the other beauties coming our way.

This arrangement was a simple throw together made of leftovers from this weekend’s 50th Wedding Anniversary Garden Party and of course, my own anemone stems.
